About us

Qualiment® is a network bringing together 8 research units, 1 technology resources centre and 15 platforms. As a whole that represents 680 scientists. Qualiment® offers a set of competences in the field of food: from the molecular and cellular mechanisms to the consumer behaviour and through the eco-conception of food and sensory nutritional analyses.



The aim of Qualiment® is to stimulate innovation in the field of food with the development of partnerships: internal partnerships, within the research units, or external partnerships, with private companies.

For that, Qualiment® goes hand in hand with private companies in their research and innovation projects, combining both competences and scientific excellence. Qualiment® is the main entrance gate toward French public research in the field of food.
