Introduction

Definition of the processing (purpose) and legal basis
The website www.qualiment.fr aims to present the activities, services and products of Qualiment. There is no automated individual decision making, including profiling, on personal data within the framework of the treatments carried out by Qualiment through its website.
Categories of personal data and recipients
IP addresses (required)
The IP addresses (identifier of a device connected to the Internet) accessing the website are used to complete the current transaction and to maintain and secure the server.
The IP addresses are made available to the service providers of the website (infrastructure, web application, IT support, captcha generator, statistics generator) on the basis of individual and limited access authorizations, within the framework of a confidentiality agreement and in compliance with the GDPR. IP addresses are not transmitted to other organizations or third countries.

IP addresses are stored for a period of 6 months. The logs (server, application) obtained automatically during a connection to the website and which contain IP addresses are kept for a period of 6 months.
Contact form (optional)
All personal data collected is kept for 2 years after the last exchanges via the contact form.
Cookies
Cookies are stored for the duration of the user’s session, i.e. until the browser is closed.
Rights of the persons concerned
